Return & Refund Policy
At A3Glow, product hygiene and safety are our top priorities.
Therefore, all skincare products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
1. No Return Policy
- Once delivered, A3Glow products cannot be returned for any reason.
- This applies to all items including serums, toners, cleansers, or any skincare products.
2. No Refund Policy
- Since returns are not allowed, refunds are not applicable after delivery.
3. Damaged or Leaking Products (Exceptional Case)
In rare cases, if the product arrives:
- Physically damaged
- Leaking
- Broken or unsealed
Then the customer must:
- Email: a3glowskin@gmail.com within 24 hours
- Attach an unboxing video and clear photos
After verification:
- A replacement may be issued (refund not available)
4. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
- No replacement or refund will be provided if the delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details entered by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped.
- Cancellation possibility depends on processing status.
